LDT-JH multineedle chain stitch quilting machine is widely used for any high class mattresses. It is available to quilt straight and continuous line and tack and jump patterns. It is easy to change various quilting patterns, stitch pitch,fabric width and length by the PC. The machine will automatically stop when person gets closed to the quilting bar for safety concern, and when bottom and upper thread break or use up. The mattress multineedle quilting machine has high running speed, stable performance, durable quality, low vibration, easy operation and high quilting precision.

1.Needle bar and press plate are  controlled by a double- swinging device without cam  avoiding lubrication and dirtying of material.

2.Multi-span and independent patterns(360°and 180°patterns are available).

3.Automatic pause in the case that the upper thread or the bottom thread breaks. Automatic needle-lifting and CNC speed adjustment.
